Account data: Email address, name, and authentication provider (Google OAuth). Business data: Business name, industry, products, contact information — provided voluntarily by you to improve content quality. Generated content: All images, videos, text, and assets created through the Service. Usage data: Pages visited, features used, tokens consumed — collected via Google Analytics.
We use your data to: provide and improve the Service, generate personalized content for your business, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, receipts), and analyze usage to improve the product. We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on: Supabase (database, hosted in AWS), Cloudinary (images and media assets), Stripe/MercadoPago (payment information — we never store credit card numbers). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Your content is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, xAI Aurora, ElevenLabs) to generate marketing materials. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your business data beyond what is necessary for content generation.
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences (language, theme). We do not use advertising cookies.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your generated content, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, email privacy@agas.ar.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all associated data within 30 days. Generated content stored in your Studio is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
AGAS is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
