By accessing or using AGAS ("the Service"), operated by AGAS Technologies ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AGAS provides AI-powered content creation and marketing tools for businesses. The Service includes AI agents that generate text, images, videos, and other marketing content based on your instructions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free accounts receive 50 tokens per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and MercadoPago. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain full ownership of all content generated through the Service using your business data. AGAS does not claim ownership of your generated content. You grant AGAS a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content generated by our AI agents is created algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party APIs that may experience downtime. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
AGAS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
